Organizer: Broad run High School

Broad Run kicked off Entrepreneurship Week on November 9. DECA members have been teaching introduction to business classes and 5th graders at Dominion Trail Elementary School. In addition there are announcements and events happening everyday. On Thursday, November 17 will be our Entrepreneurship Fair. Local businesses will come in and set up to talk about starting their businesses. Students will have the opportunity to learn from the best in the area. Businesses will also get to promote their establishment and products/services. On Friday, Broad Run High School will experience entreprenuership through the before school business idea fair. Students will be competing to see whose "business" sell the most. Finally, next week DECA members and advisors will be "working" at a small, local business to experience first hand what it takes to operate and run your own business. So experience entrepreneurship, it's everywher!
