Rally for Equal Access to Capital! We are the entrepreneurs behind HR2930, The Entrepreneurial Access to Capital Act. What we like to call the Crowdfund Investing Act. On November 3rd, after receiving the endorsement of President Obama, the U.S. House of Representatives in a rare burst of bipartisan support, almost unanimously approved our bill 407-17! But we aren't done! If we want to pick up where Wall Street and the Banks have left off, we still need to convince the Senate to take up and pass HR2930! They need to hear from us and that's exactly what we are going to do on November 17th! This one-day rally ties in perfectly with Global Entrepreneurship Week and the one-day annual meeting the SEC has on Small Business Capital Formation. We are going to host a Rally and a Teach-in with our Senators to show them how Crowdfund Investing (CFI) is a self-vetting mechanism for community financing! Our framework works within the spirit of the law, capital formation AND investor protection! So come join our rally on the 17th of November from 7:30am to 2pm and have your voice heard!
