The NEO Center (www.neocenter.org), a new business incubator, in Lansing, Michigan will have a "soft" opening on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 3:30 PM. The DeWitt Creativity Group (DeWitt High School) and Matinga Ragatz (2010 Michigan Teacher of the Year) will be partnering with the NEO Center to provide educational experiences for Lansing area high school entrepreneurs such as events, networking opportunities, and regular seminars. We are calling this initiative the Youth Business Dynamo. Additionally, we will work with Generation E Institute (www.genei.org), Lansing Community College, and LEAP (Lansing Economic Area Partnership) to reach as many promising youth entrepreneurs as possible. It is exciting to imagine the collaboration, inspiration, and energy that will be released when students interact with other entrepreneurs as they launch start-ups in a real life environment. Please come out and meet members of these fine organizations and student entrepreneurs on Thursday, November 10, 2011.
