ARI workshops provide a deeper understanding of the latest trends in the early-stage capital environment and the valuation methodologies early-stage investors use to negotiate and justify their deal terms. They will also equip you with knowledge helpful in making your next deal negotiations as productive and beneficial as possible. • Trends in Raising Capital presents the latest trends in angel investing and venture capital and covers best practices for analyzing the capital raising environment, meeting investor expectations, and current preferences in deal terms. Trends in Raising Capital draws upon and combines leading industry data sources and a unique survey of angel groups. • Valuation of Early Stage Companies presents key methodologies that experienced angel investors have found as fundamental approaches to properly valuing early stage companies. It also presents the importance of portfolio strategies and the role of portfolio returns in the valuation process.
