"Ag Business Springboard Business Plan Competition” - Finalist Presentation Day

Time: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Event Overview: First prize will be $5,000 and second prize will be $1,000. The Ag Business Springboard competition is a business pitch competition for all undergraduate and graduate students. Teams can be composed of 2-5 people with a requirement of 1 student being a College of Agriculture Science Student. The preliminary deliverable, which is an electronic video submission of the business pitch, must be Ag related and must be suitable for some type of funding that will be able to further the idea. The video submission will be due November 5th and finalist will be chosen no later than November 9th. The finalist presentations will be held in 105 Forest Resources Building throughout the day on 12 Nov. 2012, with the awards banquet later that night at 6:30 pm at the Nittany Lion Inn.
