Entrepreneurship Day

To highlight Global Entrepreneurship Week in our four county region, we are kicking off the week with promotion of the MI-SBTDC Business Resource Center newly located within the WSCC Library. We celebrate our regions committment to entrepreneurship and promote public use. On Thursday, November 17 beginning at 11:30 am, we offer Entrepreneurship Day at WSCC in the Schoenherr Campus Center, involving students, faculty and staff with home businesses. This is also open to the public and we are encouraging entrepreneurial resource organizations to also join by showcasing their service offerings. Entrepreneurs and resource organizations will have the ability to host a booth highlighting their products and services to the public. Later that same day, an Elevator Pitch Competition will take place at 3 pm, followed by an appetizer reception honoring our local entrepreneurs for participating.
