Dream Big Grow Here Pitch-off, to 4 p.m. The top five vote- getters from the region in this competition will give a short pitch on their business or idea in the NIACC Pappajohn Business Incubator. The winner from the region will receive $5,000 and a chance to compete for $10,000 at the state level.

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center (JPEC) and the University of Iowa Research Foundation (UIRF) announce the 2011 IOWA Centers for Enterprise Elevator Pitch Competition with $40,000 in total cash prizes! The Elevator Pitch Competition is open to any current University of Iowa Faculty, Staff or Graduate Student, as well as startups with a principal address at the UI Research Park.
