GEW 2012

Startup Weekend

Portland, Oregon

16 November 2012-19 November 2012

All Startup Weekend events follow the same basic model: anyone is welcome to pitch their startup idea and receive feedback from their peers. Teams organically form around the top ideas (as determined by popular vote) and then it’s a 54 hour frenzy of business model creation, coding, designing, and market validation. The weekends culminate with presentations in front of local entrepreneurial leaders with another opportunity for critical feedback.

FounderDating

Portland, Oregon

15 November 2012-16 November 2012

The premiere online network for entrepreneurs to connect with cofounders

CoFounder Labs Portland

Portland, Oregon

13 November 2012-14 November 2012

Unlike some networking events which lack structure and are cluttered with a large amount of people with varying intentions‚ our Meetups are laser-focused to help you find a co-founder. The in-person events are a perfect complement to your online search at CoFoundersLab.com. After you register for an event, go to CoFoundersLab.com to find and pre-network with a few people whom you want to have a deeper conversation with at the event. Be sure to also add the event to your CoFoundersLab profile to let others know that you plan to attend the event.

Tiny Camp Startup

Portland, Oregon

10 November 2012-12 November 2012

Come together for a two-day event and not only learn how to create a Tiny Startup, but make real progress on starting your own. This isn't a 'get inspired and never do anything about it' type of event, this is a 'come learn how to do something, then do it--while you're still at the event' type of event. We have great speakers, and it's gonna be really fun and it's going to make you smarter and better than you've ever been before.
