DECA students found information about varioues entrepreneurs. Students are recording a Did you know? segment on the schools news network to air on Nov. 13, 14,15 and 16. Students also created Did you know? Flyers to place around the school.

Local Entrepreneurs/Career Day

DECA members are coordinating a Career Day for the Junior class and bringing in speakers who are local entrepreneurs.

DECA students found 10 interesting facts about entrepreneurship. They are filming a brief clip (similar to David Letterman's Top 10) to air on the school news. Students gathered information Nov. 5 and will film the clip on Nov. 12. It will air on the school news on Nov. 13.

Entrepreneurship Scavenger Hunt

A DECA member will ask a question every day at lunch. The answers will be on various Flyers around the school that the students created. Students will be encouraged to find the answer and to write down their answer on a form and turn it into the main office. At the end of each day, a name will be drawn and if that student has the correct answer wins a prize.

DECA Idea Challenge
