Power 30 Speed Networking Networking Tuesday, November 15, 2011 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Location Knoxville Chamber, 17 Market Square, Suite 201, Knoxville, TN, 37902, United States Parking Information Parking is available in the Market Square Parking Garage, located at the corner of Wall and Walnut Streets. The Chamber will validate parking for up to 3 hours. Additional parking is $1 per hour. Event Contact Lynsey Wilson This event is for Chamber Members ONLY. Be part of the Knoxville Chamber's hottest event - Power 30 Speed Networking. What is speed networking? It is like speed dating, except it is for building business relationships. Only 30 people can participate in each Power 30 event, and each participant is GUARANTEED to meet 15 people and spend 5 minutes with each of them. A facilitator will spend the first 30 minutes of the event teaching you how to maximize your power networking opportunity. You will then spend the next 1.5 hours rotating around the room and meeting 15 other participants at five minute intervals. The evening will be capped off with a 30 minute reception during which you can follow-up with participants you met or introduce yourself to those you didn't get to meet. Registration is limited to 30 people taken on a first-come first-serve basis under the following guidelines: 1. Only one person per company per session. 2. Only two people per industry (i.e. health insurance, financial planning, etc.). 3. Individuals can only attend 2 Power 30 sessions per calendar year. Power 30 is offered free of charge as a benefit to Chamber members, however, anyone who registers and no-shows will be charged a $25 no-show fee due to the impact of no-shows on the event.
