Professor Saul Estrin (London School of Economics) For Benevolence and for Self-interest: Social and Commerical Entrepreneurial Activity across Nations The Center for Entrepreneurship and Public Policy, GMU together with the Mercatus Center, GMU and the Heritage Foundation host a monthly seminar series on Entrepreneurship, Development and Public policy.
