Idea Challenge 2012 Evaluation Criteria Each team's entry will be evaluated based on how effectively the team addresses the following: • New use(s) and value for the mystery item. • Innovation, creativity and critical thinking. • Feasible and sustainable idea(s). • Creative presentation. • Challenge assumptions about the mystery item. • Work effectively as a team. The Idea Challenge 2012 mystery item is . . . Plastic Grocery Bag The Challenge You have eight days to find a new use for the plastic grocery bag while creating the most value possible for this item. To get started and submit your entry: 1. Determine a new use for the plastic grocery bag while creating the most value possible. 2. Communicate your results in a three-minute video presentation based on the evaluation criteria. 3. Post to YouTube your three-minute video no later than Friday, November 16 at 5p.m. EST. Videos over three minutes in length will not be judged. 4. Complete and submit the Idea Challenge 2012 Submission Form.
