The Tennessee Small Business Development Center (TSBDC) at TTU will sponsor a free seminar entitled “The Borrego Express Capital Loan Program”. The Cumberland Business Incubator will host TTU’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) seminar on November 17th, 2011, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Crossville Campus of Roane State Community College. Borrego Springs Bank, N.A., a proven nationwide lender under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Preferred Lender Program, will be conducting this free Loan Expo on the Borrego Express Capital Loan Program, Patriot Express Loan Program and their NEW Export Express Loan Program. Borrego Springs Bank, N.A., offers working capital term loans from $5000 to $100,000 for both start-up and existing small businesses.

How to Start a Small Business

The Tennessee Small Business Development Center (TSBDC) at TTU will conduct a free seminar entitled “How to Start a Small Business”. The seminar will cover a variety of important small business topics of interest to new and potential small business owners. Topics will include: business startup basics and challenges, registration and licensing, business planning, cash needs, financing options, and more. TSBDC at TTU will conduct this seminar, co-sponsored by the Byrdstown/Pickett County Chamber of Commerce and the Cumberland Business Incubator, from 1 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, in the Pickett County Library community room, 79 Pickett Square Annex, Byrdstown, TN. The seminar will be presented by Vicki Henley, Director of the TTU SBDC.
