Following up on a successful GEW 2010 in the Milwaukee area, Marquette University has planned an exciting slate of events for this year’s Global Entrepreneurship Week.
Last year, more than 1,300 students, alumni, and members of the Milwaukee community participated in Global Entrepreneurship Week at Marquette. This year, “E-Week” kicks off Sunday, November 13th with a hackathon encouraging software developers to create useful tools in just one week.
On Monday, guest speaker Richard Boly, Director of the Office of eDiplomacy at the U.S. State Department, will be discussing U.S. foreign policy and entrepreneurship. Keynote speaker, Ralph Stayer, CEO of Johnsonville Sausages will speak on Wednesday night. Thursday night there will be a panel presented by U.S. Bank on growing business through banking relationships.
