With summer jobs just as hard to come by these days as year-round jobs, D.C.-area youth are taking matters into their own hands. Using IPhones, landscaping and an entrepreneurial spirit, they’re finding a way around the recession. And if the economy doesn’t recover, they just may continue on their own path.
