The Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization (CEO), founded by Dr. Gerry Hills, is on nearly 180 university campuses across North America. CEO provides young entrepreneurs with networking opportunities, chapter activities, and the national conference to help them start and develop their own businesses. The mission of CEO is to inform, support and inspire college students to be entrepreneurial and seek opportunity through enterprise creation.
In conjunction with the spirit of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the 2010 National CEO Conference will be held on November 5th and 6th at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago. Each year, about 1,600 college students, faculty, aspiring young entrepreneurs, and others interested in entrepreneurship come from around the world to attend the 2 ½ day CEO Conference. Over 80 outstanding entrepreneurs and business leaders will share their ideas and expertise with students on how they launched their businesses, the lessons they've learned, and where they are today. During the conference students will be challenged to organize an event during Global Entrepreneurship Week on their campus.
This Annual CEO Conference offers students the unique opportunity to network and interact with peers and business leaders in a motivating atmosphere. The National CEO Conference challenges and inspires students to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams, and following the conference, CEO will continue to promote opportunities for its members to engage in learning activities on their entrepreneurial journey.
